terrible wifi for weeks now!

our wifi has been dipping in and out now for weeks at points we have no wifi at all and when i test on sky website it says nothing is wrong however when i test on other internet test it shows no internet. I have used all my sky mobile data because my wifi is not working adequately, when are sky going to fix this problem? @Sky
