technical difficulties while trying to sign up to sky broadband

I'm trying to sign up to sky broardband (already have sky tv and sky glass) but everytime I get to the checkout stage it comes up with sorry we're having technical difficulties please try again later. This has been happening for 4 days now. I'm unable to phone as I'm hard of hearing. Any idears why this is constantly happening? I've tried on multipul devices
