some devices wont connect too rooter

Good morning.

I have just moved into a new house and had sky broadband and streaming package, i have allready had issues with no wifi upstairs, which you sent me a booster, that works ok, my daughter lives in an extension, the rooter is no more than 12 foot away, and the streaming will connect but drops out all the time, also there are other areas in the house you cannot access the wifi. Please Advise.

Ive run the test through your sky wifi checker, all seams ok, but issue with room 2 (which is the extension we cannot get the streaming to work).

We're only other customers here I'm afraid, you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly.

If you've already signed up to Sky Max WiFi then you can get up to another two additional extenders, but you need to request an engineer visit who will decide what  to see what and where to install them.
