slow internet and struggling with team calls

can anyone advise on these router settings

Yes your very likely to struggle with Teams calls as your on older broadband technology (ADSL) that has a maximum download speed of 24mbps & upload of 1.2mbps. Your line is currently running at 14mbps with an upload of 0.9mbps which is quite slow for homeworking, especially if your going to be doing Teams calls with camera/screen sharing.
