slow full fibre

since installation of full fibre, my speeds are slower then before i updated, i have not had one day where my speeds are over 100mbs, it has even been as low as 12Mbs download, this is not a good reflection on Sky, thinking of moving elsewhere for my broadband due to poor quality of service

@Carol179 Have a look at the service checker and the broadband connection > history recorded for the 30 day period, that will give you the idea what sky is seeing when they do the daily check to the hub!
