sky hub

Hello, I cancelled my order earlier, and he wants to take back my Skyhub, but now I have resubscribed to the service, and he says he will send me a new Skyhub. However, I am not at home during this period, so he cannot take back my Skyhub, and I cannot receive the new Skyhub. What should I do?

Not sure who this "he" is but that Sky hub will need returning, Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of  14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Anyone can take in and if needs be sign for the new hub.
