sky hub not showing in my products
im trying to reset my wifis password, cant find the setting anywhere and have followed many instructions but my sky hub isnt showing under my products or anywhere else

@shahla+i try signing out, closing and the re-opening the My Sky app to see if the settings for tge Sky Max hub apoear on the broadband page if itvdoesnt give Sky a call.
