sky fibre install

bt openreach called this morning to install fibre .But after getting me out of bed and into the street to direct him to our house found out he is in London (not Edinburgh) !  He knew my fathers name and about the install  .How can this be? 

Tried calling sky,but can not find a number to call on.Order tracking page does not have an option.Chat gets me no further .Spposed to be a number at bottom of page - nope. Reporting scam also gets me nowhere.Line goes dead.

Openreach wont be any differant. Three times  install has been changed and hub still to arrive.

Any way I can speak to a human?
