Re: sky broadband
@Mcdibagh Working from Home won't get your service repaired any quicjkr, there should be no reason why you still can't use the service checker as per below as this will work over a mobile connction at home.
Once a fault is reported the SLA for a fix is 2 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.
First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
Please be aware that outages after midnight are usually down to maintenance, please see this pinned post https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Important-Notice-Scheduled-Broadband-Maintenance/td-p/5151847...
If your ONT shows a Red Light please see this guide https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/Can-t-connect-to-broadband-and-have-a-red-light-on-your-...
