sky booster ethernet

alright i have a slight problem, i have my sky booster  next room from main  sky hub, my son connects via wifi on a ps4 and i have connected via ethernet from pc to to booster, problem is everything works fine apart for the internet keeps dropping on my pc and it stays off for  about 2 minuites,  everyone else is fine and the 3 green lights on my booster and hub are on.

Update - We have looked into this on a private chat but found no fault with the broadband service or equipment. The issue appears to be with the computer
