hi, just bought the tp link ax3000 to replace the default sky hub, however it does not get Internet access.
I have the ultrafast plus broadband in Ireland.

Also ensure vlan id is enabled and the value of 10 entered

do you experience any connectıion drops, randomly??

i tried to use asus ac88u, with pppoe settings and vlan. it works fine but intermittently drops the connection, and reconnects to internet. in the logs i have observed the messages like fllowing:
lldpd[483]: removal request for address of 193.XX.XX.125%15, but no knowledge of it
and then in couple of minutes connection is restored.
same modem worked fine with vodafone siro, but not with sky siro in ireland
