setting up broadband

I am trying to set up the vroadband hub! I followed all the steps but the internet light is not turnung green. There might be a problem with my phone sockets?? can someone come and fix it ? is there anything else i can do?

@Marilena09 What day is it that you were advised for activating your new sky broadband connection! Are you moving from an already working provider to sky, or is this just a first time new install!

You also have to be connectedd to an OR Master phone socket for the hub to work, and you should say single/dual socket and where you connected etc, electronic link to connecting is below for you!
