Sky hub installed today

I spoke with someone earlier regarding my hub not connecting. He ran some tests and said it should all be ok within the hour. It isn't. I'm now with out tv and phone line. I transferred over from BT broadband and was assured it would be fine. Obviously not feeling happy about my decision.

Similar experience. Activated Skybb today having moved from BT. Nothing but problems - tv cutting out mostly

@Greg1791 You have found that NO two hubs are alike, what you had with BT hub is different from the Sky hub, but it is all your choice what to do! If you do find you need advice you may have to tweak a few setting's on the sky Hub but you for sure need to say which model you got installed!

@Greg1791 Since you have just installed a sky Max hub and it's associated extender, you may wish to with your app look at the wireless wi-fi settings in the hub and back them off a bit to the WPA2-PSK mode instead off any WPA3 modes. May help with stability off the devices that are trying to connect!

@Greg1791 See if the help article below is off any good! None off your BT equipment supported any off the new features that are included with the sky Max purchase that you have done!
