router crashing

hi there for the past few years my router crashes without fail at the same time every day, I get all orange lights and then it resets, sky customer services have been no help, any suggestions?

@austinfletDoes the power light go out and or turn red or is only the internet light that goes out.

all the lights flash orange and then final they go green and internetvstays orange until it reconnects

@austinflet Normally spontaenous reboots indicate a sick hub but those don't go bad to a regular schedule. Can you link the time this happens to an event in your home like the lights flashing as a large appliance switches on or off. If you can using a power strip with a surge protecter should help.

happens at 9pm every night usually when I'm online gaming, but even when I'm just browsing on my phone it will still happen without fail

Hi @austinflet , I'm having sporadic reboots, but not at specific times. I thought you might want to see that you can get a little info from the router to understand what it thinks was the cause of the crash. Good luck. I'm on my second hub with no solution in sight.
