The restart button broken as not lit up

Theres a reset button on the back of the router (but it doesn't have a light) but no restart button..

What colour are the lights (power, internet and wifi) on the front of the hub?

Hi its the 2 arrow button that's been pushed in so can't set it up on tv

Sounds like the wps button to automatically set up the device wifi to the router

First hold down the wps button on the tv if it has one then hold down the wps button on the router . At the very least the button should flash amber 

If not working at all then go in the you tv/connection settings and enter the wifi password of your router to connect manually

If still not working then call sky on 150 from you landline or
