returning wifi extender
I cancelled broadband subscription and received a box to return equipment. Only the router fitted in the box. I received an email acknowledging the router with a link supposedly to order another box should I find any other equipment. It sent me to a general page. Nowhere on the site can I find how to order it. I chatted to the chatbot. Useless. In the end the chatbot declared it couldn't help me but didn't offer any other solution. Customer service virtually non existent. Can somebody send me a box please or I will send it to local authority recycling?

Re: returning wifi extender
Did you try this help page? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment
Also I would not recommend that you recycle your equipment locally as Sky may send you a non-return bill for it

Re: returning wifi extender
Thanks. I have just tried it. It doesn't appear to have any link to anywhere to send out a new box to me. It led to another page suggesting I take it to local recycling centre. Sky seems happy just getting the main hub.

Re: returning wifi extender
You can of course use any other packaging you may have laying around. Also many local supermarkets have trolleys that you can take cardboard boxes from.
