I am reaching out because I have recently moved house and have completed my contract with you. The process of canceling my contract was challenging and time-consuming, particularly the long waits on the phone. When I canceled the contract, I was informed that I did not need to return the equipment and could leave it at the house. However, I have now received the following reminder:
"Reminder - return your equipment
Please return the Sky Broadband Hub by 29/03/2024 to avoid charges of £53."
Could someone please clarify this situation for me?
Thank you,
Jose

Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of of 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

I would suggest contacting the new occupants of your previous address to get it back. Hopefully they haven't thrown it away. This link explains non return charges
