replacement Sky Hub 4.2
Asked for this replacement hub as there will be no continuing support for the old one. It arrived very quickly. It says on the box and on the connection instructions that I should not install it until the activation date. It shows a picture of the address label and points to it as though the activation date should be on the label. I cannot see any activation date on the label. How do I get an activation date? Do I need one as I already have the old hub connected? Thank you for your help in advance

Re: replacement Sky Hub 4.2
Baffles me as to why there's no FAQs for these questions but this is just poor planning by Sky, no activation is required. Just swap it over.

No. Connect it straight away (I did mine this morning). The activation date refers to new customers,
Sky customer since 2001

Re: replacement Sky Hub 4.2
I did mine a few weeks ago and didn't see any mention of an activation date but as stated above as this is a replacement then an activation date doesn't apply.
