"Connected without internet"

My WiFi is not working, I have 2 green lights, a dimmed green light and an orange light. I've "checked my broadband" and your app is saying everything is fine yet when I turn my data off and try to use the Wi-Fi your app tells me there's a problem with my connection. My partner has university work he needs to complete and online lectures to attend. This needs fixing. Now. I've unplugged it, checked all wires, turning it back on again and it's refusing to work. According to the other messages on the board I'm not the only one.
