Wifi disconnecting between midnight and 06:00

Since changing to Sky Broadband, from Plusnet last month, I find that the sky router is dropping my wifi sometime between midnight and 06:00. This issue is taking out my Blink security system which then needs to be restarted as it does not auto reconnect.

Anyone know how to stop the router dropping wifi?
