HI for the last 3 wks i have had loads of problems with my sky tv channels with the same problem please wait why the programme loads we have to switch the power off and on eveytime this is not the service i pay alot of money for each month please fix the problem and also give me a credit for a 3 wk period and also a goodwill payment gesture too for the inconveience.
