outage of internet

no internet at all outage in the area of Errol how long will it be off for ??

@petercrighton  This is a customer helps customer community, we can't tell you how long broadband will be down.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If there is an outage in your area it might be shown here:

 

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't then try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
