not receiving WIFI in one room

Hi since changing over to Sky we are now struggling to get WIFI in our middle bedroom, there are no obstructions, the hub is in the same place as the old BT one and i thought that the new Sky deal we were on would have better performance than are old BT one

Re: not receiving WIFI in one room

@Ste0161

BT wireless routers are slightly better range performance than the Sky Hubs but if you have SKy WiFi Max Sky WiFi Max Pod could be added by calling Sky for this piece of equipment to cover the room concerned.

You will need to call Sky for the WiFi Max Pod but it doesn't cost additional above that of Sky WiFi Max.
