no wifi

I've been through all the test on the my sky and still no WiFi. Its saying the box is fine and devices just no WiFi WiFi app comes on then turns off turns Amber the off again. Please help me!

@Rhys8  Can you follow the link below and pick the router you have from Sky this will show you the colours of the lights on the router and follow with which yours are doing to see if it can resolve what the fault might be.
