no stable internet connection

I've been having problems with my internet for a week. It goes away for 10-20 minutes several times during a day, then comes back. I'll be working from home next week and need to make sure my internet is up and running.

@Svitlana2 yoi need to determine if the issue is the broadband feed to the hub or the WiFi connection from the hub to your devices. The lights on the hub will change if it loses connection see here for more https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

if the lights dont change the issue is probably flaky WiFi coverage which is very common as in many homes you need more than a single Sky hub to get usable WiFi in every room.
