no internet

the router show power and wifi in green, but internet and voice in orange, what does it mean?

When it is down after midnight It could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Mine the same I have WiFi no internet light aince Friday and I keep being pushed here and there no one knows what there doing. I'm looking at cancelling my broadband with them and been with them 10years and didn't have a problem till they put in city fibre
