No WiFi
WiFi dropped over an hour ago, despite what the my sky ap says.
I am reliant on my WiFi working 24/7 as I work from home online and on nights like this between 8pm-2am, sometimes later.
It's rediculous, please sort it out...and yes, I have done the usual protocols

Re: No WiFi
This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky.
When it is down after midnight It could be overnight maintenance taking place.
If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: No WiFi
@BigSkell as you know, Sky is a residential broadband provider which may not be best suited to those who WFH. I read a number of comments re essential maintenance in the early hours of the morning which again may affect you, but I don't know how frequently that occurs.
Business broadband would be more suitable but it is not cheap.
You might be better served using an ISP that online gamers recommend and/or a smaller residential ISP that has more knowledgeable technical support eg IDNET, Zen, File Sanctuary, Andrews & Arnold, Aquiss et al.
Likely they won't be as cheap as Sky and the other large ISPs.
Now TV Sports + Entertainment + Cinema + Ultra Boost @ £36 pm (till Feb 2026)
1000/115 FTTP (Aquiss) to Zyxel DX3301
3 x Asus XT9s + 2 x RT-AC58U V3 for WiFi (AP mode)
65" Samsung S92C OLED TV
C430 Samsung soundbar with subwoofer
6 other streaming TVs
43+ network connected devices
