i have no phone signal at home i cannot connect to internet so when it doesn't work it becomes big issue!

I also have no connection! If says there's maintenance in Yorkshire and I am no where near there for it to even affect me. I can't even log in to my sky account. It is beyond ridiculous!! Alot of us depend on WiFi so for it to be down so often it is becoming a joke. I certainly won't be using them again once my contract ends!! Hope you get sorted soon

At that time of the morning it might be maintanance taking place so if you still have no access during the day then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
