no internet
on the box internet light shows red, tried to unplog and plug and reset, still no internet

@Justy1 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

sky engineer changed the socket still amber solid internet light and no voice light
said outreach aware and wait another 24 h, not good enough Sky not impressed

@Justy1 If this is an external issue then it is up to Openreach to fix this as they own the network and ISPs like Sky are their customers.

openreach says all is fine on their side, apparently its sky, something with broadband activation, sky are sending another engineer in the morning, first one didnt do much so cant see how the other will and who can activate my broadband?? i pay my bills and had it for a year so why suddenly it needs to be activated
