connecting to chromecast

I cannot connect to my chromecast and there is a message saying I need to disable the access point or client isolation by logging into the sky hub ip page. however I cannot get logged in as it is telling me my login details are incorrect. what is the user name? I think I have the password correct

@b86  The usermane to login on the router admin page is always " admin " without the quotes.

I have used admin and the password that I have been provided with but I am still unable to login

@b86  What lights are showing on the hub if this is your activation date then it can take up to midnight for the data to flow.

power, Internet, WiFi  are all solid green and voice is off

@b86  If that is correct then you should have internet and check with the sticker on the back and the card that come with the router that you have put in the WiFi password correctly.

I do have Internet but from what I can gather there is something called the ap client router mode which is enabled and that's stopping the chromecast from working correctly
