no internet

No internet, no phone and no tv since 3pm yesterday.

This is not the first time this has happened.

Am begining to think that SKY's fibre broadband is not

fit for purpose.

@gab64 line faults can and do happen with any ISP. If you haven't done so already run the My Sky connection test over a mobile connection ignore the intial dispksy if it says everything is fine and click to run it again it will tell you if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line. If it doesn't give `sky a call when the lines open which is berween 7 and 8am to report ge fault they will get Openreach to check your line.

Re: no internet

"line faults can and do happen with any ISP"

This is true but SKY fibre broadband has been the worst.

I've gone years with other ISP's with ZERO dropouts including

SKY's standard broadband - which I wish I could go back to.

With this SKY product it is happening nearly weekly.

And I'll say again- NO internet, NO landline and NO tv.

As for the mobile test - I've run that mutiple times and it says all is working ok.

So that tool is completely useless.
