no internet on devices

i've been with sky for over 3 years and had no issues and all of a sudden last night my wifi started playing up. it has all the green lights on and checked the sky services and it says "everything is working perfectly" but the internet isn't working on mine and my daughters devices. i've reset the box and everything u name it but its not working and im not happy about this as i have an severer autistic/disability child that needs the internet to support her speech/speaking. has anyone managed to to get this solved or do i have to find another internet provider?

@Deanne1359 try powering down your Sky hub for an hour as that should clear a fault with the same symptoms csused by a the server node manaing your connection not routing traffic correctly.

No ISP can ensure 100% uptime, so moving to another provider is no guarantee of any better connection.

Where connectivity is essential you might want to consider using a provider that offers automated failover to cellular data: no terrestrial ISP can guarantee uninterrupted service because that's just impossible given the topology of the national cabled network.
