no internet liverpool

Sky is a joke, no internet since last night, i've unplugged, reset took everything apart and nothing, been down over 12 hours, the light is either amber or off and the stupid account settings online that test say there is no issues, yet when i phone up the automation say there is a. error but can't put me through to anyone 

 

can't raise an issue or fault online because the account says it's fine when it's not 

 

i work from home and sky are useless all the time

@Gemma227 the reason why you msy have got an error when calling is that the lines were not yet fully open. You do need to report the issue the checker is showing tge state when it was last checked so can take sometime before showing the loss of connection. Sky will pass the report to Openreach who will investigste but becaware thst is probably not happen until Friday. Domestic lines are low priority and the fact you use your line tonwork from homecdoesn't change that. Hopefully the fix maybe quicker but dont bet on it.
