no internet even though it has been activated

My activation day is today and I received a text saying my broadband has been activated. On my hub, power is green and wifi is green but the internet isn't even amber, it doesn't light up. What do I do?

@Ness14   Activation can take up until midnight to complete

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
