Living around Hayes&Harringdon.(UB3) Started broadband service for just 18 days till today and the connection soddenly failed just now! No any support from Sky service line at all, can't even use that useless connection checker tool not knowing anything happen at local area or sth. Very unsatisfied!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePossibly overnight maintenance being undertaken. Report it to Sky if it's not back when the phone lines reopen.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jetleg loss of service between midnight and esrly morning is often caused by essential overnight maintenance work. Sky are often not told in advance where Openreach are working so local work is not reflected in the service status. If your service is back up this morning it is safe to assume that was the cause.
