my sky box wasn't connecting to the internet. i turned it off and on again but it didn't work. i turned the router off and on again but that didn't work. i did a speed test on my phone and it says 1meg download speed and 25 meg upload speed. i checked on your web site which says there is 151m speed but when i pressed check my broadband it says "oops that didn't work"

after speaking to a chat bot twice, and agents twice and being put through to the network team who told me " the issue has been resolved " they are now sending me a new router. Thank you to everyone who tried to help.

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
