Telephone Exchange Issue

I called Sky and it said there was a known issue with the Telephone Exchange in my local area. 

The My Sky App says there are no known issues... 

I am in SE25.  Could someone provide a more detailed update?  It has been plaguing us since Monday/Tuesday.

@Zaphod  We are customers just like yourself, if you need more updates then you will have to speak to Sky.
