new customer but delivery is wrong

signed up for broadn=band and tv the other day so new hub and 2 pucks ordered only i have received 3 pucks can you send a hub for the broadband?

Although we are customers here who help each other what we can say is the hub should arrive a few days before your broadband activation date. You should be able to see the status of it here:
