@SADNALOR you are not talking Sky by posting in the forumso you are just shouting st other customers . Sky have several thousand customer service agents taking calls but lines can get busy as they have over 10 million customers. The system will try and divert you onto online resources. Simply stay on the line to get through to an agent.
Most people do not have the money to pay a lawyer that is up to you but they wont be able to recover their costs from Sky so expect a bill. Instead use Sky's formal complaint system see How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com
