Hi all,
The sky Engineer turned up this morning and installed our new fibre Broadband. However, it appears that the old broadband package is being used. Our download/upload speed has remained unchanged from the last package. Is there a waiting time before it changes to the new package?

Find out more@emmal87 there can be a delsy befirectge full speed is turned on if spedds arexstill very low tomorrow and you are confident it isnt poor wifi in your home tgen call Sky. When testing make sure you either use an ethernet connected device or you are in the same room as the hub.
