@kate95 you are notvtalking to Sky by posting in the forum but forum members can often help but we need some details of your issue. When you post again explain the issue you are having and include your Sky hub's stats as explained here Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

Alternstively log into the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection if your hub is not connected and run the connection test by clicking on the link not just reading the results of the last succesful test.
