MySky app and account now working. The app says I do not have any active Sky products and shows restricted access to all documents and bills etc.
I have the ultrafast broadband installed last week and am still experiencing issues. I do, however, received bills over email only.

Do you get the same issue on sky.com?
did you get the new white max hub?
have you used the same email address for an earlier sky account?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@samin26 check you are logging in with the correct Sky id linked to the account. If you are certain you are give Sky a call as they need to sort whatever is wrong.
