mysky app

MySky app and account now working. The app says I do not have any active Sky products and shows restricted access to all documents and bills etc.

 

I have the ultrafast broadband installed last week and am still experiencing issues. I do, however, received bills over email only.

Have you linked your broadband account to your Sky ID as per this:

Do you get the same issue on sky.com?

did you get the new white max hub?

have you used the same email address for an earlier sky account?

@samin26 check you are logging in with the correct Sky id linked to the account. If you are certain you are give Sky a call as they need to sort whatever is wrong.
