Discussion topic: my wifi not detected

Hi,

my second hand but scrubbed clean Dell Inspiron 5559 is not detecting my Sky router. It is detecting my neighbours' routers. Meanwhile, my mobile phone is happily detecting my Sky router. Sherlock would have trouble deducing from that 🙂
