Broadbank Equipment not delivered

Hi, Need help please! I'm a new customer and my sky broadband will go live on the 19th May. Royail mail tracking says my sky hub is been delivered but it hasn't been delivered. Tried contacting sky but you just get a robot, I just want to talk to someone. My first bill but due to no WiFi eqiupment received even though royalmail website says delivered.

I presume you mean 19th June ?

 

Have you checked with neighbours incase it was left with them if you were out ?
