my internet connection keeps crashing its gone down 5 times yesterday

@Kevin12 the recent wet weather has caused numerous line issues especially where copper lines run on poles. If the issue continues run the connection test (dont just look at the status report) in the My Sky app when the lines. Is up to see if it can find a fault and offer to book an engineer if it cant call Sky but Openreach are pretty busy at the moment.
