I havnt received my wifi booster - please can you post, my wifi is too slow can I increase my package

No one can identify you from your community login.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself , if you  need  a booster  then you  will  need  to  call  sky  and speak to them about this so they can  run a line test and advise you  on what  you  need, do you  have sky q, or sky stream,  glass tv or puck?
