@Lesleyberrow you are not talking to Sky by posting in this public forum, if you want their help you will have to call them. If speeds to the hub are below the guaranteed speed for your line the My Sky app should offer help. Speeds 10m from a hub will vary depending on what solid objects are in the way. 10Mb/s could be good if say two solid internal walls are in the path. WiFi speeds are primarily determined by the layout and type of of construction of your home.

@Lesleyberrow Looks good, unless you are not on such a low speed package, but you do not say, so 30' away yes 10Mb/s over wireless wi-fi signal will be what it is! Further you go, less it will be!
