moving home with sky
Im trying to sort out moving my sky broadband into my new home- Ive been trying now for a few weeks. I either get The webpage isnt working, or I need to ring and generates a number but when I ring the number doesnt work. I go to help and find a number and I ring it and it just doesnt work.
Ive left it now quite late so Im fine having delays on my install but I need help on contacting sky as every number Im ringing doesnt work for some reason.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have read through some other discussions but havent found any that can actually help me. Thanks

When you say these numbers don't work what is actually happening. If you are having issues with the bot then when it asks you anything say nothing and remain on the line.

im getting something along the lines of, the number you have dialled isnt connected to an account/we dont recognise the number to an account- something along those lines. and asks me to try a different number

If you have the MySky app installed you can use this to check that your correct phone number is shown on your account. Either that or try social media as a way to contact Sky as there are links to their sites at the bottom of this page.

all my info is up to date- I have sky mobile too so everything on MySky is up to date. Just trying to find a number I can ring that gets me through to someone rather than we couldnt match the number to the account try another number hmmmm. Funny I dont have social media anymore... and i have been trying the numbers at the bottom of the page... I might try and find an email too just as another way to get in touch.
