mobile phone calls dropping

When either receiving or making calls on my mobile phone I often get the calls dropping. I told sky about this a couple of months ago and they sent me a booster and increased my broadband speed. This has not improved the situation. Another problem I have is that whilst watching on my sky mini box the voice cuts out for a few seconds and if I rewind the voice is there. This happens on recorded programs and live programs. Can anybody help please
