max pod not connecting

My pods were working until I had repairs done with openreach. 

Now they wont connect - flashing lights.

I've done all obvious reboots

They do not show as 'connected or dis-connected' devices on wifi page app.

I've scanned the QR code from box but do not see the option to input manually anymore?

I have the exact problem and whilst speaking to an engineer it appeared to work then as soon as I finished the call it went back to flashing light. I am very dissapointed with this extender.
